Welcome to our class on Photos for Mac 2015! Today I’m going to be showing you how to correctly move your data from the traditional iPhoto library over to the cloud so that everything starts to sync correctly, and so you can access all your photos on all of your mobile devices (well, Apple devices, that is). I’m going to show you, of course, how to use this software. We’re going to do a full tutorial – how to edit your photos, how to share them, whether through social media or through email, as well as how to create slideshows, so stay tuned.
Now, if you have already moved your entire library over to the cloud, and you’re sure it was done correctly. you can skip to 5:00 in to the video, where the actual class begins. If you are either unsure that you’ve done it correctly or want to make sure you do it correctly, then be sure to watch the whole video.
In this tutorial, we show you many things including how to:
  • Move your data from iPhoto to the cloud so everything syncs correctly (1:04)
  • View photos (5:26)
  • Edit photos (6:53)
  • Photo sharing (11:52)
  • Create slideshows (12:35)
  • Delete photos (17:20)
  • Quit/Close the app (18:28)
  • Print photos (20:14)
